  Went in on a Friday morning, weather was terrible, but the lady taking our order was extremely nice and courteous. She recommended adding chocolate glaze to our donuts, so we did and they were amazing! As she went to the back to get our order ready, the manager came up to us and made sure we had been taken care of. As we were leaving a lady went up to them and asked if they had "fresher iced coffee" because it tasted watered down... lady, it's coffee with ice, of course it's gonna taste a little watered down. BUT, the lady helping her was very polite and courteous and got her a new drink. Great service and will be back again to this location.

  Worst experience at this location!!! How do you serve (or even ness up) donuts??? Will never come back.

  I really like Dunkin' Donuts. It is much more economical than Starbucks, and the food is so much better in my opinion. The food and coffee are of the same quality I expect from Dunkin' Donuts, but at this location in particular, the service is always super slow. I never come here without having at least ten to fifteen minutes to spare because both the drive thru and running in always takes so long.

  I had an exhaustingly horrible customer service experience here a few weeks ago. I waited in line for about 15 minutes with only one other person ahead of me, who had only ordered iced coffee. The employee messed up her order and tried to pawn it off on me when I asked for a similar item. Why would I want someone else's botched order that's been sitting out for 10 minutes?
  
  I ordered the #1 on their menu, to which I was told, by the manger, that they don't sell that at this location. Odd since that's the literal #1 item...  I then asked for something similar, which the employee at the register wasn't able to enter into the register and required managerial assistance. Ultimately, what I did order is not what I received in my bag, which was disappointing, but not totally unexpected after this experience. In addition, the iced coffee I received was also, like the woman who ordered before me, incorrectly made.
  
  All in all, the staff was clueless and unhelpful. One of the most notably terrible fast food experiences I've had in Houston. Definitely avoid this place and try your luck anywhere else for breakfast.

  My BF got me into dunkin' coffee as he's from up north where it's super popular (Boston). Having been up there multiple times and drinking Dunkin every time I know how good it CAN be! I kid you not, every single time I have been to Dunkin' here in Houston it has been the biggest disappointment! It's like they put 0 effort into their businesses here. I don't understand as making a cup of coffee is actually quite simple. I can make a better coffee at home then wasting my money here. My advice do your self a favor and spend your money at Starbucks.. at least you know you will get better service and quality. Coolata and Iced French Vanilla were absolutely disgusting. Too bad we drove off before tasting. Will not be back.
